Sound Baths, Simplified.

Relaxation & Resonance

Lay down, get cozy in your favorite blanket, breathe deeply… and receive.

It’s that simple.

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing sound therapy experience designed to help you slow down, let go, and simply be. Many guests drift into sleep, others meditate, experience vivid insights, or release emotions they've been carrying. The sound meets you exactly where you are and gently guides you toward what you need most.

How does sound therapy work?

Sound therapy works by using vibration and frequency to help the body shift from a stressed, alert state into a deeply relaxed one. When you're constantly juggling responsibilities, dealing with stress, or feeling overwhelmed, your nervous system can become stuck in "fight-or-flight" mode. Sound helps encourage the opposite response: rest, repair, and restoration.

The tones and vibrations produced by crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and other instruments can help slow brainwave activity from the busy beta state (active thinking) into alpha and theta states, which are associated with relaxation, meditation, creativity, and healing. This process is often called entrainment, where the brain naturally begins to synchronize with rhythmic sound patterns.

As the body relaxes, heart rate and breathing may slow, muscles can release tension, and stress hormones may decrease. Many people report feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, and mentally clear after a session. Some drift into sleep, others experience emotional release, vivid imagery, deep meditation, or a profound sense of peace.

While the science of sound therapy continues to evolve, one thing is clear: when the body feels safe enough to relax, it can begin to do what it was designed to do—restore, regulate, and heal.

Think of it as a reset button for your nervous system and a deep exhale for your soul.

You weren’t mean to live in fight-or-flight.
