We'll begin with gentle grounding, guided reflection, intention-setting, and optional journaling before settling into a deeply restorative sound bath.
Allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, sacred drums, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments to wash over you as you settle into stillness.

No experience necessary. All are welcome.
